When shopping on our website you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of our policies, please don’t proceed with the purchase of any of our products.
The Redbalifrog Australia site sells to Australian customers only at this point in time. Should you wish to purchase our products from outside Australia please contact our international sellers via their websites or emails.
Shipping & Returns
We ship to Australia only at this time. All orders will be sent by Australia Post with tracking at a cost of $8 per parcel regardless of order size, so the bigger your order, the more you save in shipping. Your tracking number will be provided via email once your parcel has been sent.
Your order will be dispatched in 2-5 days after your payment is received. Deliveries usually take 7-10 working days to arrive. Your tracking number will help you follow the package progress.
We need you to provide us with a correct shipping address, we are not responsible for the failed shipping should the address be incorrect. Please double check, then triple check before final checkout : )
Please choose wisely as we only have a return policy for faulty items. We offer a 30 day return & exchange guarantee on all faulty Redbalifrog products. If you need to return or exchange a faulty item, please contact us via email at email@example.com in advance for further instructions on how to resolve the issue.
Cancelling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact our customer service representative via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it.
